How often will I hear from you?
For project work, we check in at key milestones and send updates as we finish each stage. For ongoing subscriptions, we provide fortnightly updates plus you get a monthly report that shows what we did and how it performed. You can also message us anytime through email or your preferred platform. We aim to reply within one business day. If you want weekly check-ins or more frequent updates, just ask. We can adjust our communication to suit your needs.
Do I own the content and accounts you create?
Yes. Any content we create for you (posts, emails, ads, website copy, graphics) belongs to you once you have paid for it. If we set up ad accounts, email platforms, or social media pages, we do it in your name so you always have full access. If you ever stop working with us, you take everything with you. No lock-ins, no hostage-taking, no surprises.
Can I switch between services or change my plan?
Yes. If you are on a subscription, you can add or remove services each month. For example, you might start with social media management and add email marketing later when you are ready. For project work, you can book services as you need them. There is no penalty for changing your plan. Just let us know what you want to adjust, and we will update your account before the next billing cycle.

You will work directly with our founder, James, who learns your business and stays with you over time. Depending on your plan, you might also have specialists handling design, ads, email, or SEO. James coordinates everything and makes sure the work stays on track. You will not be passed around to different people each month.
What do you need from me to get started?
We need a few things to kick off your marketing. First, access to any platforms we will manage, like your website, social accounts, or ad accounts. Second, brand materials such as your logo, colours, and any existing content. Third, information about your goals, audience, and what has worked (or not worked) in the past. We send you a simple onboarding form that takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Then we schedule a call to go through everything and answer your questions. Most clients are fully set up within one to two weeks. We don't charge you during this set up process.
What if I am not happy with the work?
We want you to be confident in what we deliver. If something does not feel right, tell us straight away. We will work with you to fix it. For project work, we include revision rounds so you can request changes until it feels right. For subscriptions, we check in regularly to make sure you are happy with the direction. If we are not the right fit, you can cancel anytime with no lock-in penalty.
