Connection doesn't happen by accident.

Wests Illawarra Leagues Club wanted to do something a lot of clubs talk about but rarely execute well: genuinely connect with their community.

That meant more than a social post here and there. It meant strong, consistent branded material, communicated clearly across the digital screens members walk past every day, and delivered directly into letterboxes through a physical mail campaign.

Two very different formats. One consistent message.

We built a promotional system that worked across both worlds — screen and paper.

For their membership activities, we created assets for the digital screens throughout the club. For the snail mail campaign, we designed a Bi-Fold DL brochure built to land well in a letterbox and get opened, not binned. Same brand, same message. Two formats, done properly.

What We Built

15 promotional assets.

‍From digital billboards to social media assets. An entire campaign's worth of material, delivered ahead of schedule.

A dedicated client portal.

‍Wests Illawarra staff had a single place to track every design concept and task throughout the project.

Unlimited design revisions.

‍Every asset was refined until it was right, with no cap on how many rounds it took to get there.

Brand guidelines, followed precisely.

‍Wests Illawarra came to us with an existing brand identity. We matched it exactly, keeping every asset consistent with who they already were.
