Wests Illawarra Leagues Club wanted to do something a lot of clubs talk about but rarely execute well: genuinely connect with their community.
That meant more than a social post here and there. It meant strong, consistent branded material, communicated clearly across the digital screens members walk past every day, and delivered directly into letterboxes through a physical mail campaign.
Two very different formats. One consistent message.
For their membership activities, we created assets for the digital screens throughout the club. For the snail mail campaign, we designed a Bi-Fold DL brochure built to land well in a letterbox and get opened, not binned. Same brand, same message. Two formats, done properly.

From digital billboards to social media assets. An entire campaign's worth of material, delivered ahead of schedule.
Wests Illawarra staff had a single place to track every design concept and task throughout the project.
Every asset was refined until it was right, with no cap on how many rounds it took to get there.
Wests Illawarra came to us with an existing brand identity. We matched it exactly, keeping every asset consistent with who they already were.
